1block tempeh300g, thinly sliced (long or as pictured, is up to you)
2-3tbspsoy sauce
2-3tbspolive oil
2-3tbspmaple syrup
1 1/2tsphot sauce
4 1/2tspliquid smoke
1tspcumin powder
Black pepper and salt to taste
Burger bunsread ingredients, some use eggs and dairy, toast
Ketchup
Sliced onion
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Instructions
Place marinated tempeh on parchment lined sheet
Preheat oven 425 F and bake for 20 minutes (flipping side half way)
Notes
If you are marinating tempeh over night, use the later measurement (esp 3 tbsp soy sauce instead 2), if only half hour or so, use 2 tbsp each soy sauce, olive etc
