Filipino Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of sweetened desiccated coconut 14 oz
  • 1/2 c unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz

Instructions

  • Mash butter with fork until creamy then add in sugar, mix well
  • Add in eggs followed with condensed milk stir super well until combined
  • Stir in coconut
  • Pour batter into mini cupcake mold lined with mini cupcake paper
  • Bake on preheated 370 F for 20-30 mins, or until golden brown
