Stir Fry Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of sweet corn
  • 6 mushroom thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons demi-salted butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 out of 1 onion slice
  • salt sugar, and MSG if desired, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground chili optional if you like it hot
  • 3 tablespoons of peas
  • 20 green beans make thinly round cut
  • 1 chicken breast wash clean, cut small cubes

Instructions

  • Saute garlic and onion on melted butter, add in chicken breast until it turns in color then add in mushroom, stir well
  • When the mushroom a bit cooked, add in beans, corns, and peas, stir well
  • Add in salt, sugar, msg, stir well and cook until everything tender and cooked.
  • Before turning off the stove, you can add in the ground chili if you wish.
  • Serve hot with hot/warm cooked rice as side dish
