Baby Bokchoy and Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby bokchoy remove the end, slice, wash clean
  • 300 g frozen ground turkey thawed (can use ground chicken or a mix of turkey and chicken)
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Maggi liquid seasoning

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute garlic. Stir in ground turkey and cook until white
  • Stir in washed bokchoy, stir, cover pan with lid until bokchoy' softened
  • Add 1/4 c water or more if needed or wanted
  • Season with Maggi liquid seasoning
  • Serve immediately
