Makos Nudli

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of dumpling
  • enough icing sugar
  • 1/2-1 bag poppy seeds 100 g

Instructions

  • cooked dumpling (mine is gnocchi, potato dumplings) - I prepared them by boiling in salted water
  • icing sugar, depending how sweet you'd like your dish to be, but seriously, the Hungarians serve them SWEET!
  • ground poppy seeds, as generous as you'd like (the boys don't like them much, they find them to be bitter regardless the icing sugar, so I do not coat ours with too much poppy seeds whenever I prepare them)
  • Mix dumplings with enough icing sugar and ground poppy seeds, serve immediately
