Breakfast In A Jar

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia soaked in 3 tbsp cashew milk until bloomed
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 strawberry frozen
  • With 1/4 c cashew milk
  • 4 tbsp cooked super soft matpe beans
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 nectarine
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup drizzle

Instructions

  • Spoon chia into the jar
  • Turn banana, strawberry, milk into smoothie and spoon lightly ontop of chia layer
  • Turn beans into a paste with milk, spoon ontop of smoothie
  • Top with nectar slices
  • Drizzle with maple, serve
