Kolak Pisang

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe plantains
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1.5 l water
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • A generous pinch of fine sea salt
  • Demerara style brown sugar watch the vid

Instructions

  • Slice and boil the plantains, until tender
  • Add in coconut milk
  • Season with salt
  • Sweetened with the sugars
  • Serve warm or chilled
