bring enough water to boil
mix dry ingredients then knead in hot mashed yams until pliable
take about 1-2 tbsp dough, flatten, and place coconut sugar in center, seam to seal and shape into balls
drop balls into boiling water and cook until floating (about 8-10 mins)
meanwhile, mix coconut, water, salt and microwave for 1 min
take out balls with slotted spoon and roll on coconut
