Mix to bloom yeast in sugary milk
Then add in and knead oil, salt, egg, and flour
Make filling by melting butter and sautéing fruits until a little soften then add in sugar and allspice and cook until tender and produces water. Let cool
Punch dough and roll rectangle or round, whichever shape you prefer
Place filling, and gather sides to seal
You can bake right away on preheated 400 f for 20 mins
Or you can let it rise again before baking
Brush top with yolk if you wish, but I used the leftover sugary water the apple produces on the pan.
If not, brush with butter as soon as bread is out of the oven.
