Cauliflower Fritters

Bakwan Kembang Kol

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced cauliflower
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 envelope indofood bumbu racik for tofu tempe fish whichever
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 1 eggs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients to make batter, shouldnt be too thick nor too runny
  • Mix in egg
  • Add in cauliflower, mix well
  • Let rest in fridge for 15 mins
  • Heat oil
  • Pour and fry batter mixture
  • Serve hot
