Stir Fried Tuna and Long Beans

Oseng-Oseng Kacang Panjang

Ingredients

  • salt sugar, and MSG (if desired), to taste
  • 1 1/2 can of tuna chunks
  • 1 red paprika
  • 15-20 long beans cut each to 2 cm long, wash, drain
  • 2 shallots slice thinly
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder with seeds
  • 1/8 onion slics thinly
  • 1/4 fresh ginger crushed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1-2 garlic thinly sliced
  • 5 tablespoons of frying oil

Instructions

  • Saute onion, shallots, garlic, and ginger
  • Add in paprika then long beans, stir well
  • Add in garlic salt, sugar, MSG and salt
  • Add in tuna chunks, stir well
  • Sprinkle the chili powder with seeds, stir and cook well
  • Serves warm/hot with warm/hot rice
