Sate Ayam

chicken satay

Ingredients

  • Skinless boneless Chicken breast as much as needed, either cubes or sliced long
  • 1 block ready to use sambal kacang bumbu pedas
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper flakes
  • Onion powder
  • 1-2 sachets of kecap manis pedas Abc
  • Hot boiled water

Instructions

  • Mix all well, marinated chicken over night
  • Thread chicken on metal skewers
  • Place 1-2 baking pan filled with water onto lower rack
  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Place skewered chicken ontop of baking pan, cook for 30 mins (until cooked) turning once or twice
  • Turn off oven and grill with upper fire for a couple of mins
