Kue Lumpur Kentang

Ingredients

  • 500 grams mashed potatoes
  • 450 ml milk
  • 1 scant tbsp vanilla extract
  • 16 tbsps sugar
  • 14 tbsps all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsps margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • raisins for topping

Instructions

  • Melt margarine in low-medium heat, add in flour, add in mashed potatoes bits by bits, stir well.
  • Add in milk bits by bits, stir well, then add in vanilla extract, stir well. Turn off heat, stir to cool.
  • When the potato mixture has cooled down, add in 4 eggs, stir well.
  • Grease muffin tins, pour batter top each with raisins; preheat oven to 325 F, bake for 25 minutes.
  • Wait until mud cake completely cooled before taking out of the muffin tins to serving plate
