Melt margarine in low-medium heat, add in flour, add in mashed potatoes bits by bits, stir well.
Add in milk bits by bits, stir well, then add in vanilla extract, stir well. Turn off heat, stir to cool.
When the potato mixture has cooled down, add in 4 eggs, stir well.
Grease muffin tins, pour batter top each with raisins; preheat oven to 325 F, bake for 25 minutes.
Wait until mud cake completely cooled before taking out of the muffin tins to serving plate
