Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted, room temperature
  • 1 lb ground beef lean preferable
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • a pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 can 284 ml cream of mushroom soup/cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c grated cheese

Instructions

  • Melt butter and saute ground beef followed with onion for 10 minutes, drain
  • Add flour and pepper, stir well
  • Add soup, stir and cook for 10 minutes, uncovered, stirring once awhile
  • Add sour cream and cheese, cook until heated through and cheese melted
  • Serve on pasta/noodle
